About Management Quota MBBS Admission
Management quota is some of the seats offered in some medical colleges which are privately owned and self-financed. It does not imply direct admission out of the official process. NEET-UG is still mandatory and the seats have to be assigned using the relevant counselling system. NMC affirms that applicants have to pass NEET-UG to be admitted to MBBS.
The percentage of management seats, eligibility conditions and fees vary by state and institution. The counselling of the private-college categories is done by state authorities in various states and the central UG counselling process is done by MCC to the participating institutions.
